Sami Reindeer Camp Dinner

Spend the evening at a traditional Sami Camp located just 30 minutes from Tromso.

The camp is owned by a Sami reindeer herding family and is home to approximately 300 reindeers. You’ll have the opportunity to feed the reindeers, whilst keeping an eye on the night sky to see if the Northern Lights make an appearance overhead.

Enjoy a traditional 3-course Sami dinner which may include cold smoked salmon, bidos (traditional reindeer stew) and chocolate cake with blueberries. As you dine your hosts will share stories of their culture, beliefs, and traditional life as reindeer herders.
