Outer Barrier Reef Cruise, Port Douglas

Introduction

Departing from the Port Douglas Marina on board a high-speed, wave-piercing catamaran, this cruise carries guest to the outer reaches of the famous Great Barrier Reef.

Here, a spacious reef activity platform stands moored in the shelter of a lagoon at the world-renowned Agincourt Reef, allowing both swimmers and non-swimmers alike to experience this stunning underwater world.

You can explore the reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible, an underwater observatory or by getting wet on a snorkel or dive. A range of optional activities are provided, including up to two dives for certified divers, while novices can experience the magic of scuba with a qualified dive instructor or an Oceanwalker helmet dive.

Guided snorkelling tours with a marine biologist are included and optional scenic helicopter flights over the reef are also available (optional extra). Morning and afternoon tea as well as lunch are included in the tour.
A maximum of 99 passengers are allowed on the cruise.
