Located in the south-east of Australia, Victoria’s coastline comprises world renowned surf beaches and unique limestone rock formations, whilst inland the Grampians provide spectacular views and diverse native wildlife. Visit Ballarat and the surrounding Goldfields, where the legacy of the gold rush is still evident, or enjoy a leisurely cruise up the Murray River.

Melbourne

The cosmopolitan city of Melbourne offers some great boutique shopping, numerous cafes and a thriving atmosphere that is balanced by the relaxing surroundings of Fitzroy Gardens and the Royal Botanical Gardens. Some of the world’s greatest sporting events are held here every year and the city is a real multicultural destination.

Great Ocean Road

Hugging the rugged coastline between Melbourne and Adelaide, the Great Ocean Road is truly one of the world’s most spectacular drives with highlights such as the Twelve Apostles. Boutique accommodation, charming resort towns and beautiful scenery make this a must-see, either by car, on a guided tour or from above on a memorable sight-seeing flight.

Phillip Island

This island off the south coast is renowned for its ‘penguin parade’ – every evening a large colony of Little Penguins return from the sea and make their way up the beach to their nests amongst the sand dunes. With their comical waddling and almost human-like characteristics, you cannot fail to be charmed by this wildlife spectacle.

Yarra Valley

Just an hour from Melbourne, the Yarra Valley is home to some of Victoria’s best wineries as well as some historic homesteads and lush rolling hills. Wine-tasting is one option but a sunrise balloon flight is the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion over this beautiful corner of Australia.
