Vacancies

We offer hybrid working between our high spec, luxury office in Dorking and home/remote working. A significant number of our staff have been with DTW for many years, which is testament to our friendly, caring and flexible working environment.

TEMPORARY Product Administrator – Education

Due to increased workload, we require a temporary product administrator to assist with managing large amounts of information to be utilised by internal colleagues and external partners. You will liaise closely with the IT Team to prepare and check product information being loaded into the in-house reservations system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and transfer text and numerical information from source documents within specified timeframes.
  • Prepare contract loading documents.
  • Contribute to maintaining product information within the reservation system’s CMS module.
  • Contribute to maintaining product information in the internal Product Manuals.
  • Contribute to communicating post travel feedback to suppliers.
  • Run reports and reviewing data for discrepancies, resolving issues or returning information to appropriate colleagues for resolution.

Is this you?
Do you have a love for travel, different cultures and experiences?  Do you have proven data entry or administrative experience?  If you do, you could be just what we are looking for!

Additional experience required:

  • Experience of using systems, e.g. CRM, reservations systems or similar.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office/ Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • A customer service and/or travel background would be beneficial.
