Experiencing the garden-to-table food at Headwaters Dining room is a must do during your stay. The Chef’s Choice Menu is prepared each night using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients – most of it grown in the kitchen’s own garden or foraged from the nearby mountains. Each dish is beautifully presented and pairs perfectly with the selection of central Otago and New Zealand wines and craft beers.

After a day of exploring the mountains or eating all that delicious food, relax in your modern-meets-rustic style chalet. Eco chalets are nestled throughout the grounds and feature a king-sized bed (or two twins), ensuite bathroom and walk-in rain shower.
